Thanks for popping in. Beautiful sunny Sunday here in the Southeast. Pottery this morning, and back in the Clarity saddle this afternoon. Did you get a chance to watch our Clarity Mixed Media Friday TV show on the new Create & Craft? I was showcasing our lovely Blockprint stamps. I really like them. There’s something very arty, edgy and earthy about them. I think also that they can be whatever the occasion begs: vibrant and bright, soft and pastel, muted and grungy. That’s pretty rare in a design.

choices choice. Here we stamp straight onto the 5×5 inch cardblank, then trim half an inch off the front edge, to add the border.

So many options and possibilities. The brayer gives you a smooth clean print, whilst straight on the stamp with the ink pads gives you that raw, edgy look. YOU decide. They really do look like wood block prints.
